Return and general store policies
- Returns are only accepted up to 7 days after hair is received
- Returns will NOT be accepted on products in which the elastic bundle wraps have been removed, have been colored, cut, bleached, or that has been previously installed and/or altered from original received/shipped state
- Although we inspect our products and conduct QC before shipment, we urge our customers to do a thorough inspection of the received products upon arrival to insure that product is up to par and as expected before altering and installing
- We also will not accept returns for any frontals,closures, and/or wigs with lace cut, ripped,altered from original state, and etc.
- Customers are expected to pay return shipping on all products being returned, however there are a few exceptions to this rule as listed below
- Customers are not expected to pay return shipping on items that were damaged prior to/ during shipment or orders that were incorrect as well as sent in error
- Unless you meet the above listed exceptions ,All customers MUST also pay a 10% restocking fee to accommodate for materials and resources lost during the fulfillment of their order
All order cancellations must be submitted within a 24 hour window of order placement
Shipping and processing policy
- All orders have a processing time of 2-5 business days
- All orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following business day
- Orders are shipped using standard or express shipping, however, next day shipping is available upon request
